These guys did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle. From the quality of the work to the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail, everything was top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Kelvin and the entire crew went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s refreshing to receive this kind of service! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Kelvin and his team at Firestone Tacoma Mall to anyone looking for honest, professional, and outstanding automotive service. Great job, guys—you earned every one of these five stars!

Very happy with their services. I originally came in to fill up my tires but the employee assisting me did warn me that my tires were no good and not safe to drive. They offered an affordable solution right away and got my tires replaced and an alignment on my car same day. I am very grateful! I forgot the employee’s name but I came in on 8/3 around noon and she was great!!

I brought my truck into Firestone to have the A/C checked and a check engine light diagnosed, and the team figured out both issues quickly. They initially suspected a leaky fuel filler neck and a failed A/C compressor. After I dropped the truck off for repairs, the technicians took a closer look and ended up saving me a significant amount of money. Instead of replacing the fuel filler neck, they were able to clean the sealing flap and fix the issue. On top of that, they discovered the compressor hadn’t actually failed—the problem was a connector that wasn’t passing power even though it was fully seated. They cleaned the connection and got everything working properly. What really stood out was their honesty and thoroughness. They easily could have gone ahead with the original repairs, but instead they took the time to diagnose it correctly and called me with an updated total—bringing the cost down from $2,600 to about $700. I’ve consistently had positive experiences with Firestone. I’ve been to their Graham, Federal Way, and Tacoma Mall locations, and all three have treated me right. Hard to find that level of integrity these days—highly recommend.

These guys really saved me today. I’m on a road trip down to Santa Cruz, and my wheel well liner detached on my car, and started vibrating the steering wheel and making horrendous noises. The last shop I went to also forgot to torque my lug nuts! The tech at firestone had my car on a lift, fixed the car, and sent me off within all of 30 minutes. I was able to continue my roadtrip and make it to my destination in southern Oregon today Wish I could remember his name, but the tech with the BMW Z3M was super knowledgeable about my BMW Z4M and I felt very confident in the work Thanks again!!

I come here once a month for oil changes and other preventative maintenance. They are always on top of it, reliable, and provide excellent customer service. Calvin is the manager and he’ll help the best he can.
